Commercial Lending, previously the domain administered by the
larger banks has changed radically over the last couple of years.
Now specialist lenders have entered the arena, offering a wider
choice of rates and schemes, the niche lenders now even consider
applicants with an adverse credit history or no proof of income
and will base their lending criteria on affordability and LTV required.
With a wide range of commercial and semi commercial products even
first time investors can be accommodated whether it is to purchase
a property to be let out and provide an income for the future or
an office/work unit to enable a new start up business to go ahead.
Freehold or long leasehold properties will be considered and farms,
guest houses, pubs or even just the purchase of land on its own
can be financed, each case looked at on its merits with a criteria
tailored to offer the greatest chance of success.
